Nonsense ATL

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Nonsense Company, LLC (“Nonsense ATL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nonsenseatl.com (the “Site”) or purchase tickets to our events.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Event Photos

We take photos and video at our events, and we may use them on our website, social media, and in marketing. If you appear in an event photo and want it taken down, just ask. No questions asked. DM us on Instagram @nonsenseatl or email info@nonsenseatl.com, and we’ll remove it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you sign up for our mailing list, register interest in an event, opt in to text messages, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to provide.

Ticket purchase information. Ticket sales are processed by Eventbrite. When you buy a ticket, you provide information directly to Eventbrite (including payment details), and we receive certain order information from them, such as your name, email, the tickets you purchased, and order totals. We do not collect or store your full payment card details ourselves. Your purchase is also governed by Eventbrite’s Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the following third-party services:

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure traffic and performance.

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel, provided by Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand actions people take on the Site, and deliver and optimize ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This may involve matching information with your Meta account.

These partners may set their own cookies and process your information according to their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain tracking as described in the “Your Choices” section below.

Mobile Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive texts, along with records of that consent (such as the date, time, and the form you used) and your message engagement.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely to operate our messaging program, including sending the messages you signed up for and handling opt-outs. We do not share this information with our advertising partners.

We use a messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver these texts on our behalf; this provider processes your number only to send our messages and may not use it for any other purpose. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. See our Terms and Conditions for full program details, including message frequency and that message and data rates may apply.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and deliver advertising, including on Meta and Google platforms, and measure how well that advertising performs.

We share information with:

Service providers who help us operate, including Eventbrite (ticketing), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Google (analytics).

Advertising and analytics partners, including Meta and Google, as described above. When we use these tools, certain information about your activity on the Site may be shared with these companies, and they may combine it with information they already have.

Legal and safety reasons, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Nonsense ATL, our attendees, or others.

Mobile messaging data. Notwithstanding the above, we do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes, and we do not include this information in the advertising and analytics sharing described above. It is used only to operate our text messaging program.

Your Choices

Email and SMS. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message.

Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how the Site works.

Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

Ad targeting. The most direct way to control how ads are targeted to you is through the platforms themselves: your Meta settings and Google Ads settings, and industry tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can also email us at info@nonsenseatl.com and we’ll do what we can on our end to honor your request.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of certain processing.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@nonsenseatl.com.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Age Requirements and Children

Our events are for adults. Most events are 21 and over, and some are open to attendees 18 and over. The Site is intended for use by adults.
