Hot Mess is where you scream-sing your week off. It's loud, cheap and sweaty, with no bro energy or bottle service nonsense, and you'll leave feeling way better than you came in.

What time should I actually show up?
Come early. Doors are at 11 and we go til 3, and the move is to roll in before midnight. You get the floor before it's packed, a quick bar instead of a wait, and you're there while the room's still warming up. Early you for the win. But really, if you want to roll in a little later, you do you.
How do I get there and where do I park?
We're at 736 Ponce De Leon Ave, the iconic old MJQ underground space on Ponce. There's a lot of parking around, but honestly, just take a rideshare if you're partying. Ponce gets busy and a Uber to the door beats circling for parking. Drop-off is easy.
Can I get walk-up tickets at the door?
Yep. There are always door tickets, card or cash, walk right up. You're never going to get shut out at Hot Mess. So if you didn't grab presale, no stress, come anyway.
Why should I buy early then?
Because you pay $15 vs $20 and you walk in while the walk-up line waits. The door tix are there if you need them, but if you're planning to come, sort it early and breeze in. Sign up for The List to get notifications when early-bird tickets go on sale so you can snag the cheapest tickets for every event.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are open until 48 hours before the event. Life happens, no drama. Just sort it out on eventbrite.com before the cutoff and you're fine. If you miss the cutoff, do not contact us to request a refund. We can't help at that point.
Is it 21+? What do I bring?
21 and up, so bring a real ID. That's the one non-negotiable. No ID means no entry and we hate seeing the venue turn people away. We'd love to party with our 18+ crowed again like we did at Ammazza, but right now, we don't have a venue where we can do that for Hot Mess.
What's the music?
Pop, dance, and dance pop. All night. This includes electropop, hyperpop, pop classics, poppy dance songs, you get it. If you love to dance and love pop, this is your party.
Can I bring a group? Is there a deal?
Yeah, please do. Five or more tickets drops the price to $11 each. Text the group chat, split it, roll in together.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. 404.exe is wheelchair accessible. If you've got specific needs or questions about getting in, message us and we'll make sure you're sorted before you come.
What's the coat check, bar, ATM situation?
There's a full bar inside with very good prices, card or cash. No coat check. There's an ATM, but have you ever used an ATM in a bar? Just bring cash ahead of time or use your card. There are ATMs not too far away if the one in the club isn't online.
